Job description
CazVid LLC is hiring a full-time Bilingual QA Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is for a detail-oriented quality assurance professional fluent in Spanish and English, with experience testing software and improving user experience. Work with developers, designers, and other cross-functional partners to help deliver reliable software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Test software applications to verify functionality and user experience against requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and designers throughout the software development lifecycle and share clear, actionable feedback.
- Use AI tools to improve testing strategies and efficiency.
- Create and maintain test cases, defect reports, and status updates.
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions, including accessibility and interaction standards.
- Analyze test results and recommend product improvements.
- Stay current with quality assurance practices and industry developments.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven QA testing experience and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency with AI tools and testing software.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Three to five years of experience in QA testing and the software development lifecycle.
