Bilingual Sales & Customer Support Specialist (URGENT)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support a growing self-storage business. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, skip tracing, lead qualification, and customer communication, helping identify potential property owners and sales opportunities while also supporting existing tenants with their storage-related questions and concerns.
ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to identify potential customers and property owners.Perform skip tracing to research and locate property owners and obtain accurate contact information.Use skip tracing tools and other research platforms to build and qualify leads.Follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.Handle inbound calls from tenants, customers, and prospective customers.Assist with general inquiries regarding storage units, accounts, payments, locks, gates, and access.Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect information, and call notes.Use RingCentral or similar calling platforms for inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements2+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation for U.S.-based clients.Must have hands-on skip tracing experience and be proficient in using skip tracing tools.Proven experience using skip tracing tools and independently conducting prospect research.Strong English communication skills and professional phone etiquette.Experience with CRM platforms and calling systems such as RingCentral.Self-storage, real estate, or property management experience is a strong advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Willing to work during U.S. business hours.
