Bilingual Sales Representative

POSITION DETAILS
No insurance license required
We will train you and help you get licensed
$17/hour to start
Once licensed, pay rate will be discussed
Must be able to work in person
Part-time to start
First couple of weeks: 3 days per week, 4 hours per day
After training: up to 20 hours per week
Currently hiring 1 person, with possible opportunity for a second position later
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Speak with potential clients
Follow up with leads
Provide insurance quotes
Help clients find the right coverage
Learn and grow within a supportive team environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Professional background or relevant office/sales experience preferred
College students welcome
Strong communication skills
Motivated, dependable, and coachable
Interest in a long-term career in insurance and sales
