Full-Time Bus Driver Job in Leeuwarden, Friesland - PV Company

PV Company is hiring a dedicated Bus Driver in Leeuwarden, Friesland, Netherlands. Join our team full-time and contribute to safe, reliable passenger transportation across local routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company guidelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip bus inspections for mechanical and safety issues; maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns.
• Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts while adhering to timetables.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members about route updates or passenger needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and safety briefings to enhance driving skills and customer service.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies to ensure passenger and community safety.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
• Strong skills in driving and navigating large vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous bus driving experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Work alongside a supportive team of drivers and experienced management focused on safety and passenger satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Salary: €38000 per year
