PV Company is hiring a dedicated Bus Driver in Leeuwarden, Friesland, Netherlands. Join us full-time to ensure safe, timely transportation for our community on designated routes. Key Responsibilities Operate buses safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies. Inspect buses before and after trips for safety, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and addressing inquiries. Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts. Communicate with dispatchers and team members about route updates and passenger needs. Participate in ongoing training to enhance driving skills and customer service. Assist passengers and ensure safety during emergencies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. Proficient in driving and navigating large vehicles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous bus driving experience preferred but not required. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Work within a supportive team led by an experienced management group focused on passenger safety and satisfaction. Report directly to the Operations Manager.
