Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding order statuses and any issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in order picking and packing within a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 25 kg.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
