Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders efficiently according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain an organized warehouse space.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments while following safety protocols.
• Work closely with team members to improve workflows and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about order progress and issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in order picking and packing within a warehouse setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 25 kg.
• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
