Job description
Gradlevate is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate / Order Picker in Utrecht, Netherlands. Join a collaborative warehouse team and help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and handled accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards.
- Check stock regularly and keep the warehouse organized.
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
- Help load and unload shipments while following safety procedures.
- Work with teammates to improve workflow and productivity.
- Update supervisors and team leads on order status and any issues.
- Take part in team meetings about targets, challenges, and improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 25 kg.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
