We are seeking a Knowledge Researcher and Event Manager based in Utrecht, United States, to play a pivotal role in driving expert knowledge dissemination and event coordination. Key Responsibilities Translate complex insights into visually appealing and content-rich knowledge products and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. Organize and facilitate interactive learning and working sessions to share, deepen, and apply expert knowledge effectively. Support the planning, alignment, and execution of activities within the expert management framework to ensure seamless operations. Coordinate the writing and editorial processes for knowledge products and reports, maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to disseminate and present knowledge at meetings, events, and digital platforms, enhancing organizational visibility. Manage event logistics and stakeholder communications to ensure successful knowledge-sharing events that meet strategic objectives. Monitor and report on event outcomes and knowledge product impact to inform continuous improvement. Maintain structured documentation and workflows to support expert management and knowledge sharing initiatives. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent) completed in a relevant field. At least 5 years of proven experience as an event manager, demonstrating strong organizational and coordination skills. Minimum 3 years of experience creating visual knowledge products, presentations, and handouts that effectively communicate complex information. At least 2 years working with learning organizations focused on transformative challenges and/or expert management. Preferred: Strong planning and project management skills with a structured approach to work. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging knowledge materials. Excellent interpersonal skills to build connections and collaborate effectively. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
