About the Role
Consultora is seeking a Knowledge Researcher and Event Manager for a contract position in Utrecht, Netherlands. You will turn substantive insights into engaging knowledge products and presentations, coordinate learning activities, and support the development and sharing of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate insights into visually compelling and informative knowledge products and presentations.
- Organize and facilitate learning and working sessions where participants share, develop, and apply knowledge.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of activities related to expertise management.
- Coordinate the writing and editing process for knowledge products and reports.
- Work with colleagues and partners to share and present knowledge at meetings, events, and on digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as an event manager.
- At least 3 years of experience creating visual knowledge products, presentations, and handouts.
- At least 2 years of experience with learning organizations working on transformative challenges and/or expertise management.
