Business Analyst and Scrum Master Training Program – Princeton, NJ

Build a foundation for a career in business analysis and Agile project delivery with the Business Analyst and Scrum Master Training Program at Kani Solutions Inc. This in-person internship is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and offers hands-on learning in business requirements analysis, Scrum practices, and project team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing business requirements and stakeholder needs to develop actionable insights.
• Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare and document business analysis deliverables, including requirements documents and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project progress and report on team achievements to support project management activities.
• Work with team members to promote alignment and help address obstacles to project delivery.
• Develop practical knowledge of Scrum principles and their application in project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum practices is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience working on a team or project through academic, extracurricular, or other activities is preferred.

Compensation and Work Location

• Pay: $70,000 per year.
• Job type: Internship.
• Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. This position is not remote.
