Guide students in identifying career interests and related job opportunities. Maintain up-to-date resources and job listings relevant to high school students. Support students in utilizing various job search platforms and tools effectively. Foster a supportive environment that encourages students to set and achieve their career goals. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with youth or in educational settings is preferred. Familiarity with job search websites and tools. Ability to empathize with students and provide encouraging support. Previous involvement in mentoring or coaching roles is a plus.
