Job description
TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional solutions that support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, and user stories
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Identify process improvements and recommend effective solutions
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis or a related role
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or similar industries is advantageous
