Job description
TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This full-time role involves analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into actionable functional solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enhance business processes and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, and user stories
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Analyze data and develop reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
- Identify process improvements and recommend effective solutions
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis or a related role
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or similar industries is advantageous
