Job description
TekBricks is hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Waxhaw, North Carolina. In this position, you will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to improve processes and support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), use cases, and user stories.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify that solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in banking, healthcare, retail, or another relevant domain.
