Business Development and Marketing Intern

Tasks

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, references, and online platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients and introduce our property e-registration and real estate support services.
• Handle client enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and support client acquisition.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, builders, and developers.
• Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and MIS reports.
• Assist with marketing, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Track enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM students or graduates specializing in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Students or graduates from BBA, BMS, B.Com, BBM, and other relevant fields.
• Freshers who are eager to learn and gain practical industry experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients over calls
• Strong follow-up, networking, and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• A proactive, positive, and target-oriented approach
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and real estate

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
