Atheena Bizfaro is hiring a Business Development Executive in Edappally, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala, India. This full-time, on-site role is with an advertising business serving clients, including overseas customers. The monthly pay is 30000.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and client-focused Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue through branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions. You will build client relationships, understand business objectives, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend suitable branding, advertising, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and meetings through project onboarding.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to support project execution and client satisfaction.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to develop long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business or Marketing.
• One to three years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong English communication skills; many clients are based overseas.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
