Business Development Executive Job Description

Atheena Bizfaro is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our dynamic advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering innovative branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions.

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as most clients are overseas.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable branding, advertising, and marketing solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to project onboarding.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to build long-term client relationships.

Salary: ₹30000 per month
