Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of branch activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in sales activities, promoting our services and products to potential customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and optimize workflows.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics to management.
• Support training and onboarding processes for new employees within the branch.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven skills in branch coordination, documentation, record maintenance, and customer service.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• At least 1 year of experience in BFSI preferred.
