Key Responsibilities Cold call prospects generated from external lead sources to initiate sales conversations and build interest. Research and identify potential accounts to develop new sales opportunities and expand market presence. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to effectively begin and advance the sales process. Penetrate targeted accounts thoroughly, leveraging existing client relationships to radiate sales growth. Create and deliver qualified sales opportunities to team members for further engagement and closure. Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database to ensure a robust pipeline of leads. Ensure timely follow-up by passing leads with complete profiles, calls-to-action, and deadlines to appropriate team members. Set up and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions effectively. Support marketing efforts including trade shows, exhibits, and other events to enhance brand visibility. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Handle inbound prospect calls and convert inquiries into sales, overcoming objections professionally. Attend periodic sales training sessions to sharpen skills and stay updated on industry trends. Communicate brand identity and corporate positioning consistently across all interactions. Perform data sourcing and analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients. Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify leads. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
