Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SAP/ERP domain. Engage potential clients through direct sales and build trustful relationships. Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our SAP/ERP solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and pricing to successfully close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and our offerings. Track sales metrics and report performance to meet targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. Experience in presentations and negotiation tactics. 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in SAP/ERP. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Industry certifications in business development or sales are a plus. This role reports to the Business Development Manager and involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP/ERP solution delivery.
