Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Engagement Manager based in Coffs Harbour, North Coast NSW, to build trusted relationships and strengthen community connections. This is a full-time, community-focused role that requires active engagement outside the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships within Aboriginal communities and with key stakeholders.
- Increase referrals and access to culturally safe services and supports.
- Collaborate closely with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and community partners.
- Identify opportunities that create positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Represent Yarning Crescent as a trusted community leader and advocate.
