Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through targeted lead generation strategies, aiming to increase qualified leads by measurable percentages. Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships by communicating effectively and maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and client services to align business objectives and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Participate in client meetings to gather detailed information, understand client needs, and contribute to tailored business proposals. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights that inform business development strategies. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on lead generation activities and client interactions to the Business Development Manager. Provide administrative support to the business development team, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely follow-ups.
