Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector through comprehensive market research and strategic networking. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to facilitate sustainable business growth. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively showcase MKP Global’s capabilities and value propositions to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring high client satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic business planning. Collaborate closely with project management teams to align client expectations with project execution, ensuring seamless delivery and client retention. Track and report on key performance metrics aligned with business objectives, adjusting strategies proactively to meet or exceed targets. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or related roles within the construction industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans that drive growth. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools. Preferred: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, or similar). Proficiency in business development and project management software such as CRM platforms and MS Project. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
