Business Development Sales Representative

Whitecloud Cleaning Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help us build new direct commercial cleaning contracts across Vancouver Island.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Visit businesses and introduce Whitecloud Cleaning
- Connect with store managers, facility managers and property managers
- Generate leads and arrange meetings
- Follow up with potential clients
- Help secure new recurring commercial cleaning contracts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident with in-person sales and cold outreach
- B2B/outside sales experience is an asset
- Self-motivated and professional
- Must have reliable transportation

COMPENSATION:
Commission-based with strong earning potential per new direct contract.
