Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Enablement Solutions team within Client Technology.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system, process, data, and integration solutions.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows, and test cases.
Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
Support system administration, configurations, security roles, integrations, and reporting.
Assist with onboarding, implementation, configuration validation, and go-live readiness.
Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage escalations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology optimization.
Develop documentation, provide technical guidance, and share knowledge with team members.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience with user stories, process flows, and test cases.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or learning technology platforms.
Knowledge of platforms such as Cornerstone Galaxy is highly preferred.
