TOP SKILLS -
1. Translate business needs into system requirements
2. Partner with technologists to develop system capabilities
3. Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)
4. Develop materials (procedures, processes, training) to support execution
5. Manage implementation plans and deliver communications to impacted stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
1. Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint-based processes.
2. Experience working in a risk, governance, compliance, controls, operational risk, audit, or other regulated business environment
3. Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and establishing repeatable practices where structure, templates, or tracking mechanisms are limited or not yet defined.
