Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst experience.
5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS experience.
Strong Healthcare Payer and Healthcare BPM/BPO domain experience.
Claims and TriZetto FACETS experience are mandatory.
Expertise in FACETS Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, Billing, and Premium Management.
Advanced SQL skills and FACETS backend data model knowledge.
Experience with FACETS batch processing and front-end functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the FACETS Membership and Enrollment SME.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze membership, enrollment, eligibility, claims, and billing workflows.
Support FACETS implementations, migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Perform SQL analysis, data validation, and root cause analysis.
Develop BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents.
Coordinate with business, development, QA, architecture, and BPM teams.
Support UAT, defect management, and production validation.
Drive process optimization and operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
Exposure to Claims, Provider, and Core FACETS Administration.
Healthcare regulatory and compliance experience.
Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
