JOIN OUR TEAM
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of our busy community café.
THE ROLE
- Oversee all aspects of running the café (front of house and kitchen)
- Set up and maintain systems and processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage a small team
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has experience managing a café or similar hospitality setting
- Can speak and understand English and at least one South Asian language to a basic level (e.g. Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi)
- Is organised, proactive and ready to get stuck in

6 days per week
Up to £16 per hour
