Position Title: Appointment Generation Executive Location: New York City, New York, United States Position Overview: Distinct Digital Media is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Call Center Agent specializing as an Appointment Generation Executive. This role focuses on scheduling high-quality appointments to support the sales team’s success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a proven track record of meeting appointment-setting targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling and B2B lead generation within assigned geographies, gathering intelligence and handling objections. Establish and maintain account presence, building trust with key contacts. Research organizations and individuals via LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify new leads and markets. Identify decision-makers and potential leads through data analysis and research. Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce company products or services. Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with offerings. Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team. Maintain and update CRM records, tracking interactions and lead progress. Perform timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide market feedback. Track and report appointment generation metrics including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates. Commit to continuous learning and staying updated with industry knowledge.
