Position Title: Appointment Generation Executive Location: New York City, New York, United States (Remote Eligible) Position Overview: Distinct Digital Media is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Appointment Generation Executive to join our team. This role focuses on scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team by identifying potential clients and engaging prospects through outbound communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a proven track record of meeting appointment-setting targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate Business-to-Business leads within targeted geographies. Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts. Research organizations and individuals online, including LinkedIn, to identify new leads and potential markets. Identify decision-makers and potential leads through research and data analysis. Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce company products or services. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with company offerings. Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team. Maintain and update CRM records, tracking interactions and lead progress. Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide market feedback. Track and report appointment generation metrics including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates. Stay informed and up to date with industry knowledge for continuous personal development.
