Call Center Representative – Cleveland, Ohio

LTC GIFTED is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative in Cleveland, Ohio. Earn $17 per hour while helping customers get accurate answers and effective support. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and service issues.
• Explain products and services clearly so customers can make informed decisions.

• Record customer interactions in the database and follow up on unresolved matters.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• Availability for full-time work and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
