Bill Gosling Outsourcing is a global outsourcing solutions provider specializing in customer care, sales, and financial services. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent for a hybrid and work-from-office role in Heredia, Costa Rica.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer communications.
- Review customer accounts and information to understand inquiries and needs.
- Identify appropriate solutions and recommend relevant products or alternatives when applicable.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable.
- Update customer account information and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Address objections and promptly refer complaints to the appropriate team lead, manager, or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school completion is preferred, but not required.
- For on-site work, candidates must live within 20 kilometers of the office in Heredia.
