Join EA SERVICES as a Call Dispatch-Customer Care Specialist! We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in U.S. home service industries such as HVAC, Air Duct, Garage Door, Plumbing, or Chimney services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently communicate with customers and close jobs over the phone
• Coordinate effectively with field technicians to assist with estimates, scheduling, and job coordination
• Manage follow-ups for old, inactive, and lost leads to boost conversion rates
• Maintain excellent organization and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for a U.S. home service company
• Spanish-speaking skills (major advantage)
