Field Sales Representative – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

HR GDI is hiring a full-time Field Sales Representative in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This on-site role is suited to a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with at least 3 years of field sales experience. You will grow the company’s hygiene and personal care product business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales networks across Tamil Nadu.
• Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Visit markets regularly to generate leads and increase product penetration and visibility.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present and promote HR GDI’s hygiene and personal care products.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Collect payments on time and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and travel reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and customer support.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches as needed.

Qualifications and Compensation

• Experience: At least 3 years of field sales experience.
• Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India; field coverage across Tamil Nadu.
• Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site.
• Pay: 25,000 per month.
