Field Sales Representative in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

HR GDI is looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience. This role involves expanding business opportunities, managing distributor and retailer relationships, boosting product visibility, and meeting sales targets throughout Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales networks across Tamil Nadu.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product penetration.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present and promote the company’s hygiene and personal care product portfolio to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and travel reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches when required.

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month
