Job description

Tasks

Review and adjudicate health insurance claims accurately
Examine medical records, hospital bills, discharge summaries, and investigation reports
Identify discrepancies and potential fraud indicators
Follow SOPs and achieve quality, productivity, and TAT targets

Requirements

BHMS / BAMS / MBBS
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health claim processing, adjudication, investigation, or medical claim assessment
Strong medical knowledge and medical document-review skills
Ability to identify discrepancies and potential fraud indicators
Good analytical skills and ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment

Schedule

Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
Any 9-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work From Office
Training: 7 working days (unpaid)

Pay

₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
