Requirements
- At least five years of catering experience, including two years leading teams or managing events.
- Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
- Confidence taking initiative and a hands-on approach.
- Off-premise catering experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.
- Event-related evening and weekend availability is required.
