About the role

As a Center Store Manager at Casey's, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead center store operational activities with accountability and empowerment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists, store walks, and safety processes are completed or followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and check in regularly with vendors to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
