Gastro Health is seeking per diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Fort Myers, Florida. As a CRNA With Gastro Health, You Will

Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCsWork alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staffEnjoy a CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful, supportive teamExperience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volumeBecome part of a stable, growing organization known for clinical excellence and exceptional patient outcomesEnjoy a 7am – 4pm weekday schedule; no nights, no weekends, no holidays – and no call

Compensation & Benefits: ABOVE AVERAGE ACROSS THE BOARD

W2 Per Diem: $150/hour

Shift guarantee (8 hours minimum per day)Company-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage401(k) retirement plansAnnual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary)

Candidate Requirements

Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiologyCurrent CRNA licensure and ACLS certificationMinimum 3 years of relevant experience preferredAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care teamStrong communication skills and excellent clinical judgmentCommitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
