Part-Time Chat Support Representative - Remote (USA)

Hex company is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role is open exclusively to candidates based in the United States. You will provide exceptional customer service through written chat communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via chat.
• Provide accurate information and support related to products or services.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent and high-quality responses.
• Update FAQs and support documentation to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
• Analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance overall service quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using chat platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving focus.
• Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or resident.

This role operates within a structured team environment, collaborating closely with fellow chat support representatives and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and receive regular feedback to support your professional growth.

Compensation: $30 per hour.
