• Stay updated on property market trends and regulations to ensure informed assessments.
• Utilize surveying instruments and software for precise data collection and analysis.
• Assist in preparing and presenting valuation findings in meetings and reports.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Proven skills in property valuation, civil engineering, and surveying.
• Familiarity with surveying and property valuation software tools.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience in property evaluation or related fields preferred.
