Civil Diploma Engineer, Property Valuation — Delhi, India

Full Time is hiring a Civil Diploma Engineer for Property Valuation in Delhi, India. This full-time, on-site role supports accurate property assessments that inform business decisions. You will report to the Senior Valuation Manager and collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and legal, compliance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations in accordance with applicable legal requirements and industry standards.
• Perform site surveys and document property specifications and conditions.
• Analyze valuation data and prepare clear, comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, property owners, and real estate professionals to explain valuation processes.
• Monitor property market trends and relevant regulations to support informed assessments.
• Use surveying instruments and relevant software to collect and analyze data accurately.
• Help prepare and present valuation findings in reports and meetings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Skills in property valuation, civil engineering, and surveying.
• Familiarity with surveying and property valuation software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• One to two years of experience in property evaluation or a related field preferred.
• Industry-standard property valuation certifications are a plus.
