Claims Business Analyst

Tasks

• Lead requirements definition for complex enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed business and functional requirements.
• Create business use cases, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices, and report mock-ups.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
• Serve as the primary Business Analysis point of contact for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
• Lead requirements review sessions and obtain business approvals.
• Plan, develop, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans and test scripts.
• Coordinate UAT execution and obtain business sign-off.
• Support AI-enabled initiatives by documenting business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims management processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims.
• Strong experience developing detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
