Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

Copperdoor Property Co. is looking for an organized and dependable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across our residential properties and ensure that our cleanliness and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Tasks

• Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff.
• Assign and coordinate daily cleaning tasks and schedules.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor the cleanliness of residential units and common areas.
• Ensure cleaning procedures and health and safety standards are followed.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Identify cleaning or maintenance issues and report them to management.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as required.
• Maintain records related to cleaning activities and inspections.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and ensuring work is completed on time.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning activities.
• Inspect quality of work to ensure properties meet our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness across residential properties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or building services.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules and priorities efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is an asset.
