Client Relationship Executive – Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

VIKAS is hiring a full-time Client Relationship Executive in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this on-site role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and coordinate tailored solutions that support satisfaction, retention, and business growth. You will report to the Client Services Manager and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Follow up regularly to gather feedback and share updates about services.
• Track and report client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform business decisions.
• Contribute to client engagement strategies that support retention and growth.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing trust and rapport.
• Problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
• Experience in client management or a similar role is preferred.
