Embedded Software Engineer in Germany

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Germany. The position offers an annual salary of €135,000. You will design and develop embedded software for innovative systems and contribute to technologies used across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software solutions using C and C++.
• Develop and integrate real-time operating systems (RTOS) into existing applications.
• Test and debug applications to support performance, reliability, and quality.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and optimize system performance.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Experience designing embedded systems.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Five or more years of relevant embedded software development experience preferred.

Team and Reporting

You will work with a dedicated engineering team and report to the lead software architect, aligning your work with project goals and timelines. Close collaboration with hardware, quality assurance, and product management teams is essential to delivering cohesive software solutions and supporting performance, efficiency, and project objectives.
