Job description
RAGHUL RAO is hiring a full-time CNC Programmer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site manufacturing role, you will program and operate advanced CNC machinery to produce precise components that meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using G-code and other applicable programming languages.
- Set up CNC machinery and run tests to verify quality before production runs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal performance.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and address mechanical issues.
- Work with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of programs, machine setups, and production metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of CNC machining experience.
- Demonstrated CNC programming experience, including G-code.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of machine-operation safety protocols and best practices.
Work Environment and Compensation
You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with machinists, engineers, and other teams in a modern manufacturing environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position in Chennai. Listed pay is 30000 per year.
