RAGHUL RAO is hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role involves programming advanced CNC machinery to produce precise components that meet client specifications, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code and other relevant programming languages for accurate part production.
• Set up and test CNC machinery to guarantee quality output prior to mass production.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand detailed project requirements.
• Monitor CNC machine operations and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve mechanical problems promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive records of programming, machine setups, and production data.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically with G-code.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software tools.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in CNC operations.
