Job description
ClientDrop Callers Co. is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist for a contract role based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This opportunity is remote-eligible and offers the chance to support sales growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and engaging prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments.
- Use effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to advance sales conversations and close opportunities.
- Record and update client interactions and sales activity accurately in CRM software.
- Adapt outreach and sales techniques based on prospect feedback and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to plan and improve outreach campaigns.
- Work toward daily and monthly quotas that support company sales goals.
- Listen actively to understand prospect needs and tailor relevant solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or cold calling.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Adaptability in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
Team and Reporting
