We are seeking an experienced paralegal to support our litigation team with key responsibilities in both Texas state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities: E-filing in Texas state and federal courts (PACER/ECF) Drafting and proofreading legal documents with precision Managing court calendars and critical litigation deadlines Supporting attorneys with case coordination and preparation Maintaining organized case files and records for multiple litigation matters Handling fast-paced litigation environments efficiently Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience , preferably in commercial litigation Proven experience with Texas state and federal court e-filing systems (PACER/ECF) Strong skills in Microsoft Office , communication, and organization Bachelor’s degree preferred We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and strong career growth opportunities.
