- Prepare comprehensive deposition binders, exhibit sets, and attorney outlines
- Summarize deposition transcripts and flag critical testimony
- Compile and organize trial binders, exhibit/witness files, and demonstratives
- Provide on-site and remote trial support as needed

Federal Court Filings & ECF
- Prepare and file documents in federal district and MDL transferee courts via ECF/PACER
- Monitor dockets across multiple federal cases for filings, orders, and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local rules, individual judge practices, and MDL procedures
- Maintain filing calendars and deadline-tracking systems under attorney supervision

Discovery & Document Management
- Manage large-volume document review/production using Relativity, Clio, or similar eDiscovery tools
- Organize, code, and quality-check document productions and discovery responses
- Coordinate with vendors on document hosting, processing, and production
- Maintain organized electronic/physical case files with strict version control

Client & Case Communication
- Communicate professionally and sensitively with plaintiffs, medical-record vendors, and experts
- Assist with intake and records collection for plaintiff fact sheets / profile forms (PPFs)
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memoranda, motions, and court submissions
- Prepare, format, and organize filings, pleadings, and briefing materials

Required Experience
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in mass tort, class action, or MDL litigation
- Federal court practice experience, including ECF/PACER filing and docket management
- Hands-on deposition coordination and trial preparation experience
- Proficiency with a major eDiscovery/document-review platform (Relativity, Clio, NetDocuments, etc.)
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional organization with the ability to manage high case volumes accurately
- Professional written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients, and courts

Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate, Associate's in Paralegal Studies, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with pharmaceutical, medical device, toxic tort, or consumer-product mass tort matters
- Familiarity with plaintiff fact sheets, profile forms, and bellwether trial prep
- Experience coordinating with PSC or defense liaison counsel in MDL proceedings
- Prior experience at a plaintiff- or defense-side mass tort firm in NJ or NY

Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off (vacation, sick, and holidays)
- Professional development support, including CLE access and certification assistance
