You will install, repair, and maintain commercial locking systems for a diverse range of clients, helping protect their facilities while delivering responsive, knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial locks and locking systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot lock mechanisms and related security systems.
• Respond to client questions and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, inventory, and service calls.
• Follow applicable safety standards and company policies during service work.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Stay informed about locking technologies and locksmithing industry developments.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Locksmithing or lock installation experience; 2 or more years is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Locksmithing certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with locksmithing tools and software.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
