We are representing a highly regarded Los Angeles law firm seeking an accomplished Real Estate Transactions Partner to join its growing commercial real estate practice.
This is a rare opportunity to enter at partner level without a portable book of business, lead transactions valued in excess of $200 million, and join a platform offering approximately 1,700 annual billable hours and a transparent path to equity.

The role
You will lead complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, advising developers, institutional investors and other sophisticated commercial clients.
Your practice will include:
Acquisitions and dispositionsCommercial real estate financingOffice, retail, industrial and mixed-use leasingDevelopment and redevelopment projectsJoint venture agreementsPurchase and sale agreementsLoan documentation, due diligence and title reviewEntity structuring
Alongside leading transactions, you will manage key client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
