Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Proven skills in landscaping and power washing. Strong customer service and communication skills. Physical stamina and ability to work in varying outdoor conditions. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Experience operating various landscaping equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation. Safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
