Job description
Position: Production manager needed for a construction company. full-time | mon–fri | tarzana Location: tarzana, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM key Requirements: 1. Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills. 2. Experience working in home improvement or similar, preferred. 3. Spanish is a plus. 4. Must be organized and very detail oriented. 5. Computer savvy. 6. High communication skills. 7. Experience with QuickBooks & CRM & Google spreadsheet. 8. Pull out online permits & Schedule and manage inspection's 9. handle financing for customers. 10. Must be reliable. Duties: 1. Communicating with sales reps, Inspectors, subcontractors, & customers. 2. Collecting payment. 3. Bookkeeping. 4. Manage office. 5. Oversee and manage projects to make sure subs are completing in a timely manner. Compensation: $4,000-$6,000 per month depending on experience
