Job description
Property Builders is hiring a full-time Production Manager - Construction in Tarzana, California. This on-site role coordinates construction projects, office operations, bookkeeping, customer financing, and communication with sales representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers.
Schedule and compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Tarzana, CA
- Compensation: $4,000–$6,000 per month, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Oversee projects and follow up with subcontractors to help ensure timely completion.
- Apply for permits online and schedule and manage inspections.
- Handle customer financing and collect payments.
- Perform bookkeeping and help manage office operations.
Qualifications
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled in follow-up and time management.
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and Google Sheets.
- Home improvement or similar industry experience preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
