Construction Health & Safety Advisor

About the role

You'll be the primary safety contact for a portfolio of construction clients in the Twin Cities.

Tasks

• Serve as the on-site safety advisor for an assigned portfolio of construction clients
• Write and build out OSHA 1926-compliant written safety programs
• Lead site visits and client safety committee meetings
• Train field crews on site-specific hazards and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction health and safety
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926
• A track record of earning trust with client teams fast
• Live within about 45 minutes of Minneapolis
• CHST, ASP, or CSP (preferred, not required)
• Formal safety training/instruction experience
• Bilingual in Spanish

Schedule

• Minimal travel, 1-2 nights a month at most, only as needed to support clients.

Pay

• $90K+, based on experience.
