Job description
Anthony is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager based in New York City, NY to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from inception through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and work plans to meet evolving project goals.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on objectives and progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety and building code compliance.
- Prepare and submit detailed project status reports outlining progress, risks, and budget updates to stakeholders.
- Implement risk management strategies to proactively address potential project challenges.
- Lead project meetings to foster team collaboration and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in urban settings.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
