Anthony is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager in New York City, NY. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead diverse construction projects in a fast-paced urban environment, from project planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and work plans as project needs change.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on goals and progress.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare project status reports covering progress, risks, and budget considerations.
• Apply risk management strategies to prevent or mitigate project issues and conflicts.
• Lead project meetings, encourage collaboration, and help teams resolve challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience; urban project experience is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.
• Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred.
