Construction Supply Chain Manager (SCM)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end construction procurement activities
• Manage RFx processes, bid evaluations, and contract awards
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements/MSAs
• Pre-qualify suppliers based on financials, insurance, and project history
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and supplier performance improvements
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement stakeholders
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracting documents
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Heavy Construction Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• Experience supporting EPC, General Contractor, or large construction operations
• Commercial and Industrial construction project experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Advanced Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat skills
• Understanding of construction contracts and contract law principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
