Follow instructions from team leads and perform assigned duties promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in construction or related fields preferred. Knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Basic understanding of construction safety and site management. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. OSHA certification is a plus.
