  • Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud & IVR Development
  • AWS Services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3)
  • Node.js & Contact Center Application Development
  • CRM Integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365)
  • CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub, Agile/Scrum & Production Support
  • Preferred: Healthcare domain experience, Amazon Lex, Docker, Kubernetes, CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
